About Salvatore Morra

I’m Salvatore Morra, a proud 15-year resident of Bradford and a dedicated member of the Ward 4 community. Over the years, I’ve built both my professional and personal life here, developing a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities our town faces as it continues to grow.

In my professional career, I currently work as an Account Sales Manager for a large distribution company, where I manage client relationships, oversee strategic accounts, and ensure efficient service delivery. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems under pressure, and make responsible, results-driven decisions—skills I bring with me to public service.

Beyond my career, I have always believed in giving back to the community that I call home. I have dedicated years to volunteering and actively engaging with residents, including educating individuals and local groups on safety and security equipment. Through this work, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for the importance of public awareness, preparedness, and community support systems.

My commitment to Ward 4 is rooted in a simple belief: growth must be balanced with responsibility. As our community continues to expand, we must ensure that development is planned thoughtfully, public services remain strong and accessible, and taxpayer dollars are managed with care and transparency.

If elected, I will focus on building a safer, more connected, and more sustainable Ward 4—one that reflects the needs of families, seniors, and future generations alike.

Key Priorities

Fiscal Management

Strong fiscal management is the foundation of a well-run municipality. I believe that every dollar collected from taxpayers must be treated with respect, transparency, and accountability.

As Ward 4 continues to grow, it is essential that spending decisions are guided by long-term planning rather than short-term reaction. I will support budgeting practices that prioritize essential services, reduce waste, and ensure that public funds are directed where they are needed most.

My approach is simple: responsible financial oversight that protects taxpayers today while maintaining the stability and flexibility needed for future generations.

Municipal Tax Balance

A balanced and fair tax system is critical to maintaining both affordability for residents and sustainability for the municipality.

I am committed to advocating for policies that keep property taxes reasonable while still ensuring that essential services such as emergency response, infrastructure maintenance, and community programs remain fully supported.

As development continues in Ward 4, we must ensure that growth contributes fairly to the system, reducing pressure on existing homeowners. A balanced tax structure should reflect fairness, predictability, and long-term planning for all residents.

Public Services

High-quality public services are the backbone of a strong and connected community. As Ward 4 grows, we must ensure that infrastructure and essential services grow with it.

This includes improving road maintenance, traffic flow, public transit accessibility, and community facilities. It also means investing in efficient service delivery that residents can rely on every day.

I will advocate for proactive planning rather than reactive fixes, ensuring that our public services are not only maintained but improved to meet the needs of a growing population.
